How We Represent Disability Clients with a Personal Approach

How are we different than other law firms who represent long term disability insurance claimants who have been denied or had their benefits terminated?

It’s pretty simple. If you look at our website, you’ll see we are a deliberately small disability law firm, made up of five highly focused individuals. Our clients work with a partner and a paralegal. There’s no middle team of associates or junior attorneys or summer interns handling your claim. The entire office is the “A” team.

disability insurance law firm attorneysDoes it matter? We think so. Our partners were in the first wave of law firms to focus on disability insurance law, and over the years we have come to be known by our colleagues—other disability attorneys, insurance company defense lawyers and insurance company representatives—for our tenacity and aggressive representation.

We believe that this is a highly personal area of law, and that a small group that considers each and every case a personal battle is appreciated by our clients.

What can you expect from Frankel & Newfield?

To be treated with respect and dignity. We know that we are meeting most of our clients under the worst possible circumstances, when they are ill or injured and unable to work. Many of our clients’ identities are rooted in their careers, and not being able to work and facing the challenges of a serious illness or injury is an emotional and financial double whammy. We are aware of the impact that our work has on the quality of our client’s lives, now and in the future.

You are invited to visit the success story section of our website, where you’ll see the types of cases that we handle, the insurance companies that we battle and the span of our disability practice. We represent people throughout the US, in all occupations. We have represented many individuals with Fibromyalgia, Lyme Disease, Epstein-Barr Virus, cardiovascular illnesses, orthopedic and spinal injuries, cancer, Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy(RSD), depression and anxiety and Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), to name just a few.

If you’ve had a long term disability insurance claim denial and are not sure what to do, if you have had your claim terminated or even if you are just considering filing a claim and have concerns about what might occur, call our office at 877- LTD-CLAIM (877-583-2524).
