Jason Newfield, Esq., a resident of Commack, New York, represents claimants in long term disability insurance and other insurance claims and litigation and has extensive experience in both federal and state courts. Mr. Newfield represents doctors, dentists, accountants, lawyers and other professionals and other policyholders on disability insurance matters, ERISA claims, appeals and litigation. He is a frequent lecturer to legal, medical and other professional organizations about the disability process and is a Physician Educator concerning the documentation of support for claimants with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Mr. Newfield has published numerous articles on disability insurance and is a member of the American Conference Institute, lecturing to attorneys and claims personnel at conferences throughout the country.
Garden City resident Justin Frankel, Esq. is focused on representing long term disability insurance policy owners. He is a highly skilled and trained litigator and represents clients in court at all levels of litigation: state and federal. He represents owners of privately owned or individual long-term disability insurance policy owners whose benefits have been terminated, delayed, denied, or who are being investigated by insurance companies. Mr. Frankel represents clients in ERISA appeals and administrative proceedings, with a superior understanding of the ERISA appeals process, the highly complex laws and rules that govern the ERISA process, and the tight time frames that are so critical to this area of the law to each matter.
