Justin Frankel, Esq. has lectured to other attorneys on disability insurance matters, addressing issues involving the initial claim, the insurer's investigative process, and some of the common problems facing claimants.

Mr. Frankel provided this lecture to attorneys seeking Continuing Legal Education courses and who are interested in understanding the complex field of disability insurance.

He has also lectured to medical professionals in study groups and larger settings.

Jason Newfield, Esq. has been invited to moderate at the 2007 International Association of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in Ft Lauderdale Fl. his involvement as an advocate for claimant with Chronic Fatigue led to this invitation.

Mr. Newfield has also been invited to be a physician educator to doctors in Utah regarding claimants with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, where he will advise on how doctors can effectively articulate support for a patient suffering from Chronic Fatigue.

Mr. Newfield has also been invited to speak at the 2007 GLIDM to discuss the landmines of the disability claim process and advise dentists on the area of disability insurance claims.
